MAUREEN ANNE MEEHAN
Maureen Anne Meehan is an author of 19 legal thrillers, including Red Hands, a Mary MacIntosh novel. The "Mac" series has a strong female protagonist attorney prosecuting cases in her hometown of Sheridan, Wyoming, where Red Hands novel is featured.
Red Hands, a Mary MacIntosh novel is regarding the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women of North America. Maureen grew up in Northern Wyoming near the Crow Nation Reservation. Her best friend growing up was a Crow Native.
Maureen has had Red Hands adapted to screenplay, and would like a Native American writer/screenwriter to "doctor" the script with the goal of a Native voice and frame of mind/perspective. I am willing to engage said script doctor to polish the screenplay, as it has been nominated as best script by Cannes and RedNation.
