About Us
My name is Cole Peters (Menominee Nation), and together with Zoar Fulwilder (Pima Tribe), we fuel the vision behind NativeAmericans.com. This platform is Native-owned and operated, built with the responsibility we all share for the next Seven Generations — the understanding that every choice we make today should honor our ancestors and protect the future of those yet to come.
Our purpose is simple: to lift up Native American voices, share our stories, and honor the traditions that guide us. At the same time, we welcome anyone who comes with respect — to learn, to connect, and to walk with us in celebrating the beauty and strength of Native American cultures.
From that mission, here’s what we’re building together.

From Vision to Reality: The Birth of NativeAmericans.com
How it began (2020): the idea for NativeAmericans.com was born — a space where Native people could come together, be seen, and be heard. What started as a spark gained momentum, and with the support of many hands, that idea became reality.
This isn’t just a website. It’s a living space — a place where real history (not the white-washed version taught in textbooks), stories, events, art, news, and entertainment from Native Nations come alive. With each step, and with the help of many hands, our vision continues to take shape.

A Digital Gathering Place for Our People
NativeAmericans.com has grown into something much larger than expected. With the support of fellow Native Americans, along with family, friends, and community partners, it has become a shared vision shaped by our work and community.
As Native people, we’ve had conversations with many Native Americans across North America about how much of our history and culture has been taken from us. Too often, our voices were left out — and when they did appear online, they were more likely to be exploited than respected. We knew we needed to build a stronger online presence that truly stands out, one that reflects who we are as the original caretakers of this land.
Out of those talks came the foundation for NativeAmericans.com.
Our goal has always been to create a one-stop space where Native Americans — especially those looking to reconnect with their roots — can begin exploring their history and culture. Today, that vision is expanding into something much larger:
- An official Native American online marketplace
- A business directory to highlight Native-owned businesses
- A dedicated space to raise awareness and provide resources for the MMIW crisis, because Native women face the highest rates of missing and murdered cases in the country
- And AuntiesOnly.com, a growing platform to empower and showcase the strong, courageous Native women who are doing incredible things in our communities
NativeAmericans.com isn’t just a website. It’s a living space — a place where stories, art, news, and voices from Native Nations can come alive. With each step, and with the help of many hands, that vision continues to take shape.
